West Vancouver Condo Reno

A modernization of this West Vancouver condominium, focused on transforming the main living space into a seamless, custom home for two collectors and culinary enthusiasts.

The kitchen was completely rebuilt and extended across the full length of the wall. With no formal dining room in the original layout, we designed the kitchen to serve double duty — using minimal hardware and hidden pulls so the millwork reads as clean cabinetry rather than a working kitchen. The result is one continuous, unified room.

Two custom features were built around the owners' interests: a glass display case showcasing their collection of fine teapots, and a hidden drawer under the kitchen island that holds an ongoing puzzle, always ready, always tucked away.

The living-room fireplace was also fully redesigned as part of the renovation. A recessed porcelain tile accent complements the modern look. The heat emits through the discreet gap at the ceiling to spread the heat in the space.
